Baked Salmon Steaks Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pcs of salmon (steaks, 1-inch thick)
1/3 c of butter (or margarine)
1/4 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of Worcestershire
2 Tbsps of onion; grated
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Place the steaks on a buttered baking glass dish. Combine melted butter, Worcestershire, and seasonings; spread onto the steaks.

Ingredients:

Instructions:
Rub salt & pepper on inside & outside of trout. Stuff any stuffing then sew or secure with skewer. Place on buttered baking pan then lay the slices of lemon around and stick one wooden toothpick onto each. Add wine, marjoram, and (bay) leaf. then bake at 400 degrees F for 35 mins; baste occasionally with butter at first then it drippings.
(Celery Stuffing)
Saute onions and celery with butter onto a skillet, about fifteen mins till tender. Add tops of celery with breadcrumbs. Season savory, salt, & pepper.
(Fennel Stuffing)
Combine parsley, fennel seeds, pepper, butter, tarragon, and breadcrumbs; mix thoroughly.

Ingredients:
7-1/2 oz of canned salmon (Alaska); drained but save liquid, and flaked
1/2 c of onions; chopped
1/2 c of celery; chopped
1 pc of garlic clove; chopped finely
1 c of potatoes; cut to dices
1 c of carrots; cut to dices
2 c of broth (chicken, low sodium)
1/4 tsp of pepper (black)
1/2 tsp of thyme
1/2 c of broccoli; chopped

10 oz of corn (kernels, frozen); thawed
Finely chopped parsley
13 oz of evaporated milk
Instructions:
Saute celery, garlic, and onions with margarine on a pan. Add the potatoes, carrots, broth, saved liquid from salmon, and the seasonings; let it simmer for 20 mins, covered, till almost soft.
Add the broccoli then cook for 5 mins. Add milk, corn, and salmon; cook till heated through then sprinkle over parsley.

Pasta With Smoked Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/2 c of heavy cream
16 oz of asparagus (fresh)
6 oz of salmon (smoked); cut into strips
1 pc of lemon (fresh); zested and juiced
3/4 lb of pasta (fettuccine)
2 Tbsps of butter (unsalted)
Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
Boil cream on a saucepan then let it simmer till reduces into 1-cup. Break asparagus ends then cut spears to pieces; cook them in salted (boiling) water, at about 7 mins till tender then drain well. Cook pasta as stated in its package instructions then drain.
Place back onto the pot then add reduced heavy cream, salmon, asparagus, butter, and zest & juice from lemon; toss them well and season salt and pepper, freshly grated. Serve at once.

Ingredients:
4 to 6 oz of salmon (steaks)
For the Sauce:
3 Tbsps of butter; melted
1 Tbsp of juice (lemon)

7-1/2 oz of canned salmon (Alaska); drained and flaked

Ingredients:
8 pcs of tortillas (corn)
16 oz of canned corn beans (black); rinsed then drained

Ingredients:
2 lbs of peeled russet; cut to cubes
2 Tbsps of matzo meal (or all-purpose flour)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 325 degrees F. Place two large baking sheets inside to preheat. Place onion and russets inside the processor; process till shredded finely then process till chopped finely.
Strain the mixture then press them firmly to squeeze out the liquid; save the liquid.
Place the mixture on a bowl then add matzo, yolks, salt, pepper, and two tablespoons of chives.
Pour off the clear part of the saved liquid, leaving its paste on the bottom then add the paste onto the bowl. Beat the whites of egg till stiff then fold onto the batter. Mix well.

2 pieces of sides salmon (wild, each at 5lbs)
1 cup of juice (pineapple)
1 cup of rhubarb; chopped finely

24 c of water
Instructions:
Place the salmon inside the cheesecloth then use a kitchen string to tie it closed. Place inside a pot then cover water with salt.

Ingredients:
For Barbecue Rub:
1 Tbsp of garlic (powder)
1 Tbsp of onion (powder)

Instructions:

Combine V8, vinegar, tomato, oil, and saved rub; mix thoroughly and toss mixture with organic greens.

Ingredients:

1 c of water
Instructions:

Ingredients:
4 pcs of salmon (steaks)
1/4 c of broken hazelnuts (oregon)

Ingredients:
1/2 c of breadcrumbs (dry)
1/2 c of mayonnaise
1/2 c of onion; chopped

Ingredients:
3 pcs of egg yolks (large)

Ingredients:
2 lbs of salmon (fillets); rinsed clean and cut to 4 pieces
2 Tbsps of scallions; chopped
1 c of wine (dry white)
Salt (to taste)

Instructions:
Scatter the scallions on a skillet then arrange the fillets over them, in one layer. Brush butter on a very large foil. Pour the wine onto skillet; heat till simmering gently.

Marinated Salmon Steaks Recipe (I)
Ingredients:
4 pcs of salmon (steaks, 1-inch thick)
1/3 c of juice (orange)
1/3 c of soy sauce
2 Tbsps of parsley; chopped finely
2 Tbsps of oil (vegetable oil)
1 c of crushed garlic
1/2 tsp of crushed basil
Instructions:
Place the steaks on a shallow (baking) dish; set on the side. Combine juice, parsley, soy, oil, basil, and garlic; mix thoroughly and pour onto the steaks. Let it stand for two hrs; turn steaks frequently. Drain and save the marinade.
Grill the steaks above moderate coals for 8 to 10 mins till slightly browned. Baste them with the saved marinade.

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
4 pcs of salmon fillet (Pacific, 4 oz); skinned

Ingredients:
3 oz of salmon (smoked); cut to dices
6 oz of softened cream cheese
3 oz of cheese (feta)

Ingredients:
1 pc of large salmon (fresh); rinse, pat dry, and cut to steaks

Ingredients:
8 oz of flour (plain or unbleached)
1 tsp of salt
1/2 oz of yeast (fresh)
1 tsp of sugar (refined)
5 oz of water (warm)

Instructions:
