Bob’s Barbequed Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
4 to 6 oz of salmon (steaks)
For the Sauce:
3 Tbsps of butter; melted
1 Tbsp of juice (lemon)
1 Tbsp of vinegar (white wine)
1/4 tsp of lemon zest; grated
1/4 tsp of salt (garlic)
1/4 tsp of salt
1/16 tsp of hot sauce (pepper, Tabasco)
Instructions:
Combine melted butter, lemon juice, vinegar, lemon zest, garlic salt, salt, and hot sauce; stir thoroughly. Brush generously onto the steaks till coated on all sides.
Barbecue the steaks onto a well-greased grill above (hot) coals. Tent foil above the steaks and barbecue for 6 to 8 mins on each side. Baste occasionally and turn them once.
