California-Style Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs of salmon (steaks, 8 to 10 oz)
1 c of chopped olives (ripe)
1/2 c of tomatoes; chopped
1/4 c of onion; chopped
1 Tbsp of oil (vegetable oil)
1 Tbsp of cilantro (fresh); chopped finely
1 tsp of garlic (add more if preferred); chopped finely
Instructions:
Grill the salmon, but don’t overcook. Combine olives, tomatoes, cilantro, onion, garlic, and oil inside a bowl; mix thoroughly. Garnish cilantro.

Herbed Salmon In Foil Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs of salmon (fillets, 4 oz); rinsed and pat dry
8 pcs of fresh basil (sprigs, or dill)
8 pcs of sorrel (leaves, fresh)
2 Tbsps of shallots; chopped
2 tsps of juice (lime)
1/4 tsp of pepper
Instructions:
Place four large foils onto a work surface, shiny side facing down. Spray cooking oil on the top. Arrange a basil and sorrel onto each center of foils then place salmon on the top.
Place above another basil and sorrel then sprinkle 1-1/2 teaspoons of shallots, 1/2 teaspoon of juice of lime and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
Fold the foils and enclose the filling properly, make sure they are not too tight. Arrange them onto a cooking sheet and bake inside the oven (400 degrees F) for 7-10 mins.
Carefully open the packets and spoon the salmon and herbs into warm dishes.

Baked Salmon In Foil Recipe
Ingredients:
3-1/2 lbs of salmon
1 pc of lemon (fresh); sliced thinly
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
1 Tbsp of oil (or softened butter)
Instructions:
Line foil on baking pan then grease with butter. Arrange half of lemon slices on foil and place salmon above. Place the remaining lemon slices above salmon.
Generously season salt and pepper then wrap salmon loosely. Bake at 350 degrees F for ten mins on every pound. Take out from oven then allow to stand at about 10 mins before serving.

BBQ Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
4 lbs of salmon; rinsed clean
1 pc of lime (fresh)
1/2 c of butter (unsalted)
Salt and Pepper
2 pcs of onions (medium); sliced
Instructions:
Place the clean salmon onto a large foil then stuff salt, pepper, butter, and onions onto salmon.
Rub butter onto outside part of salmon then squeeze juice of lime evenly on it. Sprinkle more pepper and salt then close foil wrapping salmon tight, adding more foil if necessary.
Grill for 25-30 mins and turn; grill again for another 15 mins. Serve at once.

Salmon Filet Recipe
Ingredients:
4 lbs of salmon (fillet)
Oil
Freshly ground pepper (to taste)
1/2 c of butter (melted)
Instructions:
Rinse the salmon with (cold) water then pat dry. Season pepper and place onto heated (oak) plank, with skin facing down.

15-1/2 oz of canned salmon (Alaska); drained and flaked
1/3 c of plain yogurt (nonfat)
1/3 c of onions (green); chopped

Pepper (black, to taste)
12 pcs of bread slice
Instructions:
Combine salmon, yogurt, onions, celery, and lemon juice; stir thoroughly. Season pepper then spread evenly onto 6 bread. Top the rest of the bread. Slice the sandwich to half or quarter.

Ingredients:
1 tsp of juice (lemon)
1 tsp of sherry (vermouth, or wine)
1 tsp of butter (unsalted)
1/16 tsp of dill

Instructions:
Spray PAM on a large foil. Place the salmon onto the center then add juice and sherry. Close the foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Open then add dill and butter. Close again and bake for another 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
3 oz of unsweetened chocolate; broken to pieces
1 c of sugar (refined)
1 c of cream (whipping)
1 tsp of corn syrup (light)

Instructions:
Combine chocolate, cream, syrup, and sugar inside a saucepan above moderate heat; stir constantly till melted.
Lower down the heat and let it simmer for 10 mins, undisturbed. Gradually add two tablespoons of the mixture onto yolks while constantly stirring; place the yolk mixture onto the pan.
Continue cooking above gentle heat for 3-4 mins; stir constantly till thick and smooth. Add vanilla and stir thoroughly. Let it cool.

Ingredients:
8 oz of canned salmon (red sockeye)
1-1/2 Tbsps of chopped onion
3/4 c of cream cheese
Juice of 1/2 pc of lime

Boiled Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of salmon (5 lbs); rinsed clean
6 Tbsps of salt (sea)
24 c of water
Instructions:
Place the salmon inside the cheesecloth then use a kitchen string to tie it closed. Place inside a pot then cover water with salt.
Let it boil then simmer for fifteen mins per inch thick, uncovered. Take out from the pot then out from the cheesecloth.
Transfer on a serving platter then add slices of lemons on the side.

Ingredients:
1 pc of salmon (steak or fillet, 6 oz)
1 c of water
Instructions:
Rinse the salmon with (cold) water then pat it dry with paper towel. Place the salmon with water on a 10×6x2 inch (baking) dish then cover dish with the plastic wrapper. Make a vent on a corner.
Place inside the microwave and cook for 2-1/2 mins at a high setting. Give it a half-turn then microwave again for 2-1/2 mins till done.

Ingredients:
4 Tbsps of pesto (basic)
4 pcs of salmon (fillets, 6 oz)
1 c of breadcrumbs (herbed)

Lemon/Garlic beurre blanc
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 375 degrees F. Brush pesto onto salmon top then sprinkle crumbs onto the top. Place scallops and salmon on a greased baking glass dish. Bake for 12-15 mins till done. Turning them once.
Place lemon/garlic beurre onto each four individual dishes. Place one fillet over and add two scallops. Serve at once.

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

1 pc of bay leaf
