Easy Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:

15-1/2 oz of salmon (canned); drained
10 oz of corn kernels (frozen); thawed
25 oz of canned tomatoes (stewed, Italian style)
16 oz of juice (clam)
1/2 c of long-grain rice (white)
1/2 tsp of garlic (powder)
Salt (to taste)
Hot sauce (Tabasco)

Instructions:

Combine salmon, corn, tomatoes, juice, garlic, and rice inside a saucepan; let it boil above moderate heat. Lower down the heat into low then cover. Let it simmer for 20 mins till rice becomes tender. Season 3 drops of hot sauce and salt.
