Grilled Salmon & Cheddar Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of salmon (canned)
10 oz of cheese (mild Cheddar); sliced equally to 4 pieces
1/4 c of mayonnaise (real)
1 Tbsp of grated onion
1 Tbsp of juice (lemon)
Instructions:
Combine salmon, juice, mayonnaise, and onion; mix thoroughly. Spread onto a bread then place one cheese slice on top. Cover with another bread like a sandwich.
Brush butter generously onto each side of sandwich. Grill till cheese melts and sandwich has browned on each side; turning once. Serve at once.
