Marinated Salmon Steaks Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs of salmon (steaks, 1-inch thick)
For the Marinade:
1/2 c of oil (vegetable oil)
1/2 c of vinegar (white wine)
1 tsp of sugar (refined)
1 tsp of parsley flakes (dried)
1/8 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of dried seasoning (Italian)
1/8 tsp of paprika
1/4 tsp of salt (garlic)
1/4 tsp of onion (powder)
Instructions:
Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, parsley flakes, pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic salt, and onion powder inside a bowl; mix thoroughly till well blended.
Place steaks inside a large Ziploc bag then pour the marinade inside; seal the bag. Place inside the refrigerator for 1-1/2 hours; turn the bag occasionally.
Remove steaks, but save the marinade. Place on a broiler pan then baste them with the saved marinade. Place under the broiler, 4 to 5 inches away from the heat; broil for five mins. Turn them baste again; broil for another five mins.
