Mersey Point Salmon Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 lb of salmon (bits)
3 Tbsps of butter (or margarine)
3 Tbsps of flour
1-1/3 c of stock (chicken)
1 Tbsp of milk (or cream)
1 tsp of dill
1 Tbsps of capers
Juice from 1 pc of lemon
Pepper
Instructions:
Melt the butter then add flour; stir thoroughly till blended well. Gradually add milk and stock, while stirring constantly. Once boiling, and smooth, add salmon, capers, and dill; stir well. Season with lemon and pepper.
Serve over fettuccini or rice.
