Party Nibbles: Smoked Salmon Pate Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb of salmon (smoked)
1/2 c of cream cheese (light)
2 Tbsps of mayonnaise (light)
1 Tbsp of juice (lemon)
1/4 c of chopped scallions
1 Tbsp of chopped dill (fresh)
1/4 tsp of pepper
Instructions:
Combine salmon, (cream) cheese, juice, and mayonnaise inside the processor; process till pureed smoothly. Add dill, pepper, and scallions; mix thoroughly. Cover and place inside the refrigerator. Consume within two days.
