Pesto Salmon & Sea Scallops With Lemon/Garlic Recipe
Ingredients:
4 Tbsps of pesto (basic)
4 pcs of salmon (fillets, 6 oz)
1 c of breadcrumbs (herbed)
8 pcs of large scallops (sea)
Lemon/Garlic beurre blanc
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 375 degrees F. Brush pesto onto salmon top then sprinkle crumbs onto the top. Place scallops and salmon on a greased baking glass dish. Bake for 12-15 mins till done. Turning them once.
Place lemon/garlic beurre onto each four individual dishes. Place one fillet over and add two scallops. Serve at once.
