Piquant Salmon Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:

4 oz of cream cheese; softened
1/4 c of chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp of chopped chives (fresh)
1 pc of chopped celery stalk
3 tsps of juice (lemon)
3/8 tsps of cayenne
1/4 tsp of coriander (ground)
8 pcs of salmon (smoked, thin slices)
8 pcs of bread (whole wheat, thin slices)
Butter (unsalted)
8 pcs of cucumber slices (thin)
Freshly ground black pepper
Sprigs of dill (fresh)
Chives

Instructions:

Combine chives, walnuts, celery, and (cream) cheese inside a glass bowl; stir thoroughly. Add two teaspoons juice from lemon; mix thoroughly. Spread mixture onto each salmon; season pepper and roll like a jellyroll.

Toast the bread then cut to eight rounds, about 2.5 inch. Spread a thin layer of butter then place over one slice of cucumber.

Place salmon over then drizzle the rest of juice on them. Garnish dill and if preferred, include chives.
