Poached Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of salmon (steak or fillet, 6 oz)
1 c of water
Instructions:
Rinse the salmon with (cold) water then pat it dry with paper towel. Place the salmon with water on a 10×6x2 inch (baking) dish then cover dish with the plastic wrapper. Make a vent on a corner.
Place inside the microwave and cook for 2-1/2 mins at a high setting. Give it a half-turn then microwave again for 2-1/2 mins till done.
