Potato & Salmon Bisque Recipe
Ingredients:
7-1/2 oz of salmon (canned); drained then boned
13-3/4 oz of broth (chicken)
3 pcs of chopped onions (green)
2 Tbsps of chopped pepper (red)
1 tsp of lemon zest; grated
or
1 Tbsp of juice (lemon)
1/16 tsp of pepper
1/2 c of mashed potato granules (instant, Idaho)
Instructions:
Combine broth, salmon, milk, onions, pepper, zest, and ground pepper inside a microwave-safe 2 quart dish. Loosely cover with a plastic wrapper and cook for 5-6 mins at a high setting. Add the potato granules; stir thoroughly and cover again. Let it stand for 5 mins. Cook for 2 mins at a high setting.
